Deaths of humanitarian de-miners from Norwegian People's Aid

That this House is appalled by the deaths of two humanitarian de-miners from Norwegian People's Aid, killed in a Russian missile strike while carrying out de-mining work in Ukraine; notes that humanitarian workers are protected under international law; condemns this unconscionable attack and Russia's continued aggression against the Ukrainian people; recognises the courage and dedication of those undertaking humanitarian de-mining; and extends its deepest condolences to the families, friends and colleagues of those killed.
