Minehead RNLI's 125th anniversary

That this House congratulates all of the volunteers and staff members who have given their time and dedication to the Minehead RNLI Station over the past 125 years since the establishment of the station in 1901; commends the outstanding commitment of the generations of volunteers who have served the RNLI across the UK over the 202 years of the organisation’s existence; recognises the historic sacrifices in the name of saving lives at sea given by Coxswain G Slade, Shore Signalman T Escott, and Mr W P Slade at Minehead Lifeboat Station; celebrates the commendable achievements in the line of duty from Helmsman D James and Crew, Helmsman C Rundle and Crew, and others at Minehead Lifeboat Station; attests that all those involved with the Minehead RNLI have always lived up to the motto "with courage, nothing is impossible"; and joins with the people of Minehead, and the west Somerset coast, in extending its most heartfelt thanks to the crews, shore volunteers, and associated staff and volunteers for their dedicated and courageous service.
