Belfast Giants Elite League championship victory

That this House congratulates the Belfast Giants on their outstanding achievement in securing the Elite Ice Hockey League Championship; recognises their impressive 4–2 victory over the Nottingham Panthers at the SSE Arena Belfast; commends the players, coaching staff and management for their dedication, professionalism and resilience throughout the season; notes the significant role the club plays in promoting ice hockey across Northern Ireland and inspiring young athletes; acknowledges the unwavering support of the Giants’ fans whose passion and loyalty continue to drive the team forward; and calls on the Government to recognise the importance of investing in and supporting ice hockey and other minority sports across Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom.
