That this House mourns the death of 8 year old Ollie Royles from Crackley in Newcastle-under-Lyme on Saturday 14 March 2026; extends its deepest condolences to Ollie's family and friends; acknowledges with sadness Ollie's health battles in recent years, first with Ewings Sarcoma in February 2024 after a tumour was found at the base of his spine and then his diagnosis with leukaemia in June 2025; recognises his love for Stoke City FC and the fact that Ollie had visited the Clayton Wood training ground, struck up friendships with many players, led the team out at the bet365 Stadium, and had keeper Viktor Johansson visit him in a Birmingham hospital; and comforts Ollie's family, friend and community in Newcastle-under-Lyme with prayers, condolences and love at this sad time.
