Closure of McKillens Fashions, Ballymena

That this House notes with dismay that after 100 years as the key retailer on Ballymena’s Church Street, McKillens Fashion is closing, robbing the town of this trailblazing retailer; further notes that the Northern Ireland Executive has failed to sustain town centres, or protect them from unbearable business rates; and calls for a high street recovery strategy, not platitudes.
