90th birthday of former hon. Member William Ross

That this House congratulates former longstanding hon. Member William Ross on his 90th birthday; recalls fondly his service as an Ulster Unionist Member from 1974 to 2001, first as the Member for the county seat of Londonderry, 1974-83, and then as member for East Londonderry from 1983 to 2001; notes his continuing political service as President of Traditional Unionist Voice; and wishes him and his wife, Christine, many more years together.
