That this House expresses its deep sympathies at the passing of Joe Preece who managed the Cupar Foodbank for more than five years; recognises his incredible work and his commitment to making sure everyone felt welcomed and cared for at the Foodbank; notes the laughter and joy which Joe brought to his team of volunteers which always lifted everyone’s spirits; and extends deepest condolences to his family and friends at this difficult time.
