That this House congratulates Anne Marie Rose Stella MacDougall on the occasion of her British Empire Medal investiture ceremony at Clydebank Town Hall on 20 November 2025; recognises her service to the community of Clydebank; commends her lifetime of service to the NHS as a nurse; acknowledges her extensive voluntary work across West Dunbartonshire; understands that Anne began volunteering with the Samaritans; notes she then became involved with The Crime Prevention Panel, volunteering there for over 25 years including chairing the organisation, praises Anne for her work as a Trustee of West Dunbartonshire Carers Centre; further notes her voluntary service as a member of the area Integrated Joint Health Board; further acknowledges her work as a member of the West Dunbartonshire Community Alliance; thanks Anne for her years of service with Clydebank Community Councils; also commends her selfless commitment to voluntary work throughout Clydebank and West Dunbartonshire; and wishes Anne Marie Rose Stella MacDougall BEM every success and all the very best for the future.
