NHS Forth Valley winners at Scotland’s Health Awards 2025

That this House congratulates the NHS Forth Valley staff and teams who have won four national awards at Scotland’s Health Awards 2025; notes that these awards recognise the outstanding contribution of health and social care workers across Scotland; commends NHS Forth Valley’s Children’s Speech and Language Therapy Team for winning both the Innovation Award and the Tackling Health Inequalities Award for their pioneering work providing services, advice and support in local schools and nurseries, which has improved access, reduced waiting times and delivered excellent outcomes for local children; further congratulates Community Learning Disability Nurse Charmaine Black on winning the prestigious Nurse Award in recognition of her exemplary person-centred care, empathy and dedication; recognises Senior Charge Midwife Jackie Rutherford and the Women and Children’s Bereavement Team as finalists in the Tackling Health Inequalities and Midwife award categories; and thanks all NHS Forth Valley staff for their continued professionalism, compassion and commitment to improving the lives of people across the region.
