That this House celebrates Tomorrow’s Engineers (TE) Week 2025, taking place from Monday 10 to Friday 14 November, and commends its theme Dare to Discover, which encourages young people to embrace trial and error as a vital part of engineering and technological innovation; recognises TE Week’s role in inspiring the next generation of engineers and technicians by showcasing diverse career paths and real-world problem-solving; applauds the efforts of EngineeringUK, professional engineering institutions, educators and employers in delivering engaging STEM activities, resources and role model stories to schools and communities across the UK; notes the importance of promoting engineering and technology careers to address future skills needs for the Industrial Strategy and economic growth; and urges the Government to continue supporting initiatives that widen participation and break down barriers to entry in STEM fields for all young people, particularly girls.
