David Rollo, Scottish Rugby Hall of Fame induction

That this House congratulates David Rollo, former Howe of Fife rugby prop and Scotland international player, on his induction into the Scottish Rugby Hall of Fame; notes that Mr Rollo earned 40 caps for Scotland between 1959 and 1968; recognises his remarkable contribution to Scottish rugby, combining his life as a local farmer with representing his country at the highest level; celebrates his legacy as an inspiration to generations of players across North East Fife and Scotland for his commitment, resilience, and sportsmanship; and commends the Scottish Rugby Union for honouring one of the nation’s finest sporting ambassadors, whose achievements continue to bring pride to North East Fife and to the wider Scottish sporting community.
