That this House celebrates 50 years of Ballynahinch Library; notes their coffee morning held on the 26th of September to celebrate the Library's birthday and support MacMillan Cancer Support; highlights that Ballynahinch Library first opened its doors on 5 March 1974 and was the first public library in County Down to offer gramophone records for public borrowing; further notes that the much loved library is very popular within the local community for people of all ages; further highlights the wide range of services offered and how much the library has changed over the 50 years; thanks all staff for their work and making the library what it is; and wishes them all the best for the future.
